Alyssa their representative who first came out to fill out the paper work was friendly and very informative. Came to our home with real samples of the replacement items. The appointment was made at my convenience both date and time. The workers Al and Gus both worked well together. Not once did I hear any arguing or get impatient with one another. From the beginning Al asked us for any questions that we might have and answered them and set us with peace of mind. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant. Came in on time. Finished the job in one day. Cleaned up in between projects to the very end. They laid down work covers over my wooden floors to protect from scratches. Yes I highly recommend Zellers NWI Baths.
