I stopped into Zeller NWI Baths on a whim, had not really noticed the location before. From the very first conversation to the final product, the experience was great! Each employee was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. The two men who did the demo, rebuild, and installation were wonderful! We are more than pleased with our new shower, its beautiful! I'm lucky to have wonderful coworkers, friends, and family and have shared my experience, as well pictures of the remodel with them. Basically, I've shown everyone how fabulous our new shower is and raved about our overall experience. Our new shower looks like it should be featured in and article of a home improvement magazine. Should I need other bathrooms remodeled in the future, I will definitely be calling you guys! Thanks so much! Merry Christmas!

two gentlemen came to my house , introduced their selves ask where the bathroom was they were very polite and knew what they were doing . it was a great experience and they had the old tour out and new shower installed in less then 8 hours. shower looks fantastic and feels fantastic taking a shower. thank you all of you for making this so easy
Very Nice and Roomy
My wife and I are VERY happy with the two bathrooms that NWI Baths completed for us. Not only do they look great but what surprised me the most was the room that was added in the shower and tub. The look and feel is great! The installers were wonderful! Everything was quick and easy!

I have not had work done with these nice folks . But when I visited their showroom everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. When I read reviews abd the feview is not 5 stars I say most people trying to get something forn othing ...try and run a family business and stay competitive. These follks are commended for thier doing the best they can. And i need to be appreciated.

They were always on time and were very accommodating with scheduling. My bathtub/shower was installed in one day, as promised. They even sent a batch of thank you cookies a few weeks after service!
