Very Nice and Roomy
My wife and I are VERY happy with the two bathrooms that NWI Baths completed for us. Not only do they look great but what surprised me the most was the room that was added in the shower and tub. The look and feel is great! The installers were wonderful! Everything was quick and easy!

I have not had work done with these nice folks . But when I visited their showroom everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. When I read reviews abd the feview is not 5 stars I say most people trying to get something forn othing ...try and run a family business and stay competitive. These follks are commended for thier doing the best they can. And i need to be appreciated.

They were always on time and were very accommodating with scheduling. My bathtub/shower was installed in one day, as promised. They even sent a batch of thank you cookies a few weeks after service!

Alyssa their representative who first came out to fill out the paper work was friendly and very informative. Came to our home with real samples of the replacement items. The appointment was made at my convenience both date and time. The workers Al and Gus both worked well together. Not once did I hear any arguing or get impatient with one another. From the beginning Al asked us for any questions that we might have and answered them and set us with peace of mind. They were professional, courteous, and pleasant. Came in on time. Finished the job in one day. Cleaned up in between projects to the very end. They laid down work covers over my wooden floors to protect from scratches. Yes I highly recommend Zellers NWI Baths. Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the completed work.
